Nickel/chrome plating protects
the product from corrosion, adds to its
functionality, and enhances its appearance. Our plating system uses Nickel + Tri-Valent
chromium baths and can handle parts up to four
feet long, plating with a thickness of .0001" to
.0005". Our fully-staffed laboratory is equipped with tools
such as a Perkin Elmer Atomic Absorption
Spectrometer with allows us to perform trace
metal analysis.

Powder coating is one of the
most exciting multi-colored finishing methods to
be introduced in the past 100 years. This
system out-performs conventional liquid finishes
by achieving optimum file thickness with a
single pass. It also eliminates drips,
sags, and runs while improving edge coverage,
providing greater impact resistance, and
upgrading hardness and abrasion resistance. These characteristics result in energy, labor, production, waste disposal savings,
and ultimately leads to a more competitively-priced finish than conventional liquid.

Vinyl coating offers another multi-colored finishing option. It is a tough finish with excellent abrasion, corrosion and electrical resistance. Because vinyl plastisols are liquid when at room temperature, the coating can be poured, pumped, sprayed or cast on the material. The result? A finish that also has excellent chemical resistance to saltwater,
solvents, and oxidizers. Our recent addition of
fluidized bed capabilities for powdered vinyls offers more flexibility for your vinyl coating
requirements .

Electropolishing is an
electronically-controlled chemical process that
removes surface material leaving a clean, bright
finish. The process removes iron
contamination and helps create a surface more
impervious to potential corrosion. This
finish is widely used for stainless steel items
in the food and appliance industry.
